1. Is there a standard list of what summons cost cash to maintain? Everyone knows trolls, apparently Mandahas, what else?

2. I was playing an LA game lately as Ulm and noticed that the Ctis Keeper of the Tombs national capital-only is recruitable by other nations once you conquer them. Is this is only case in which this happens?
