Weird UI bug

All of a sudden, control key stopped working. I cant select multiple commanders with it, or store orders on number keys like Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2 etc.
On my other PC Ctrl keeps working, but for some reason Enter doesnt work after I type my password. I have to click OK manually.
Anyone knows, what the hell is happening with my Dominions? ))
