Planetary Shield

Hello to all,

Does anybody know what tech has Planetary Shield?

its a unique tech found only on unique ruins. you can tell when you find a uniqe ruin because it will say "advanced technology is present on this planet"

unless of course you are talking about the planetary gravatational shield that stops planet killing bombs. in that case it is under Shields, but i think you are asking about the Massive Planetary Shielding stuff.

If you're playing Pirates&Nomads, Heavy Planetary Shields are at tech levels 14 to 16 in shields, and the Massive Planetary Shields are from the ruins tech, but also require shields level 3, 6 or 9
