Balancing ModPack Feedback

I've been working hard on a ModPack for Space Empires IV that attempts to improve the game through carefull balancing of game elements.

The attached HTML document contains tables that specify vehicle and engine configurations as well as new weapon mounts.

Please take a look and provide whatever feedback you can, either here or on the message board below.
