Default keeping track of saved pretenders?

How do I look at my saved pretenders, or rather what program can I open a .newlords file with and not have it display as garbage?

Thanks,

Rabe

Evil Dave's catgod program is for that.

Confused Re: keeping track of saved pretenders?

Thanks! looks perfect, but I can't quite get it to work... keep getting this error message... there isn't anything but pretenders in the relevant file... thoughts?

C:/Program Files/dominions3/newlords/*.*: Invalid argumen
catgod: can't read

catgod *.2h run from a command line, in the newlords directory will solve it for you, on a pc.

Confused Re: keeping track of saved pretenders?

well, I did as chris suggested and it clearly did *something* but it was WAY too quick to read and didn't dump the output anywhere I could find... should I keep messing with the GUI version in the hope of making that work, or am I missing an obvious tweak?

Thanks,

Rabe

Laugh Re: keeping track of saved pretenders?

nvm I figured it out... folding@home in console mode was making everything FUBAR works great now.
