Ripper Beam and Computer Virus obsolete?!?!?!

When you play a game with max tech from the beginning, both ripper beams and computer virus are marked as obsolete. I wonder why, because both are still good weapons even with max tech, and yes I used them both in max-tech games too.

Just give those two (plus incinerator beams) a different family number in the COMPONENTS.TXT file.
