starting locations on llamaserver

Hi.

I want to play a duel on llamaserver using the two lands map. On the server, the map description says "no fixed starts". However, when I download the map, it does have fixed starts.

How do I enable these starting locations on llamaserver? I've already tried re-uploading the map; it's no use.

Help appreciated.
