Can't run TDM 3.11 full installer on XP / 2k

I am not able to execute the full install Version of the TDM Modpack on WinXP Prof. or Win2K Prof.
Everytime i run the .exe on XP a MS error report is generated or on 2K an error log.
I've downloaded the full Version 4 times and tried WinXP Prof. US Version, WinXP Prof. german and Win2k Prof. US - none worked.

Any ideas? Did i miss something?

I have WinXP home edition, and I had no problems.

Okay, problem solved.
Usually i rename all downloaded files because i don't like the numbers.

If i don't rename the TDM .exe it works.

It doesn't work if the name is longer than 15 characters.

The rule is : never rename an install file! As a programmer, I can tell you that way leads to trouble.
