A nit-pick

I noted - in a recent game - that a tech would show (for example) 0.5 years to completion. Yet on the next turn - it would still say the same. Only after the next turn did it change.

Am I (we) being screwed out of research time or is this a glitch? And - no - I did NOT add another project to the research queue.
