Story CD?

How about a Cd with all of the stories found here and at spaceempires.org?

just a thought.

Cool idea. I don't know how many stories there are at SE org but you'd need a *lot* of stories to fill a CD. You'd probably have to raid these forums for stories as well, and still have room for some other content.

How about a Subscriber CD with all the mods (in 1.49 & lateast release), all the game patches, all the race styles, all the fiction, a few classic threads from here, scenarios, fan art... anything else produced by the community. If this were to be released say every six months I'd be willing to pay for it, even if it were only to avoid downloading all 10 megs of the image mod=-)

This is a biggie project. I'm working on combing spaceempires.org and these forums. then i coudl start on the mods etc. evey 6 mos woudl be possible i guess. not sure how it'd work out though. I might not really be able to do this but its still a sick idea, more comments???
