I am making a full new Expansion pack!

It will inlclude, a 3d-movie by me, New components, at least 3 new races, New Ships ( Hopefully), Facaltys, encahnced comp, etc...

I expect you will get little response here at first.
What you need to do first is to have a clear plan as to what will be done in each area.
Figure out what is possible and what is not. Remove or alter the parts that are not possible.
Then, work out how the jobs can be divided up amongst multiple people.
Begin work yourself, and keep your forum-wide requests small and reasonable.
Having many clear, short term tasks will help immensely.

The farther you get down that list, the more help you are likely to recieve.

From my experience modding SE4 in two millenia; if you start small, and continually add small bits, you will be more likely to succeed. Partial success is very encouraging

Oh my word! I can't believe this! You should go into sales or public relations or politics or something!

One other word of advice...Please be willing to post samples of your work for us to see. People are naturally more willing to help with a project they perceive to be going somewhere ("Success? Oh yeah, me too!"). We'd hate to see a thread for your mod hit 200 Posts and not have any results.
