Story: Revolution
a tired uncertain voice "Ahem... umm.. is this on? Oh, right. Respected listeners, I am Steward Etredan of the Honorable House Doorna. I am here to speak to you tonight concerning certain rumors. I'd like to start by saying that everything is fine. Everything is under control. There are no riots. There has never been a revolution. The Overlord is... what?... oh, thank you... what is -"*BLAM!*
*sound of many light wet objects falling to the floor, like large raindrops or small pieces of soaked bread*
a new coarse voice "FREE TUSKEN! BOSSES GO! FREE TUSKEN!!"
*transmission cuts to a Tusken at a podium, addressing a crowd*
"- and we will tear down their castles, and we will live in their homes, and the land will belong to the workers and - Hey, turn that off! I told you The Revolution will _not_ be televised!"
*transmission cuts to external view of a space station, it is silent, as things in space are. Suddenly tiny a mute fireball erupts from the command tower. Moments later tiny airlocks open all over the base, and even tinier humanoid figures float slowly, calmly, nakedly into the void*
*transmission cuts to a Tusken dressed in well cut but wrinkled and creased clothing*
"Help! We don't care who you are or what you want but you have to save us from the scum outside the citadel. The laborer have turned on us and we need help to exterminate them. I repeat, this is a general distress call and I don't care who you are, you have to help us. We're don't deserve this sort of treatment!"
*the transmission cuts to a color test with melodic soothing instrumental music playing in the background, and stays there for ninety seconds*
*the transmission cuts to a wide angle view of the interior of a domed colony, white flakes that look like snow are falling, they are 'dry ice', frozen CO2, frozen by a breach into the vacuum*
*the transmission cuts to a bruised Tusken standing in front of what was once an impressive building*
"My name is Grozen, I speak for the workers of the Homeworld, hereafter known as Hearth. We make no further demands to the 'noble' houses, the houses will be destroyed. The 'nobility' will have the same opportunity to work, live, and find fulfillment that every other Tusken has."
*transmission cuts to a grizzly scene, where Tusken are having their cybernetic components unceremoniously torn form their bodies, and then thrown on a heap to bleed and wail and die*
"These 'tools' are shackling our race! We will not allow the spirits of our people to be consumed by these machines! The Church of Uncut Flesh frees you to the peace of an unbound afterlife, where you may walk free of your mechanistic needs as we do in this life! Carry our love to the Flesh God!"
*the transmission cuts to the hallway of a disused shopping center, a Tusken in rags, skin festering around his implants, and looking otherwise unkempt, he speaks to a group of similarly dressed followers*
"They may beat us here, now, but the common folk are winning on a hundred other worlds. The Six Houses will fall and the Tusken will be free. Why I've heard that Kajrav is already gone, burned in their own damn fortresses."
*his audience is unimpressed*
"What should we care about a hundred billion fools on a thousand other worlds? My family is starving, my Enhancements need maintenance, and you've given us nothing but false hopes and death!"
*the crowd grumbles, raises up, begins shouting and closes in on their terrified leader*
*they are interrupted as an armored vehicle tears through the opposite storefront, leveling its Ground Cannon in their direction*
*the transmission cuts to a Tusken in Flag Officer Uniform, his insignia of rank have been removed and replaced by careful and precisely parallel slashes in the materiel*
"Attention alien craft. This is OverCaptain Herfectan. You are interfering in a Tusken matter, remove yourself from this system and do not meddle in our affairs. This will be the only warning not only for you, but for your entire race. You will be called on to recognize the Grand Admiral Drotok as the True Lord of the Tusken in due time. Until such a time, leave our worlds!"
*the transmission cuts to a nude Tusken, clearly lacking any cybernetic implants*
"My dearest lost brothers and sisters, are you not alarmed by the chaos of the Last five months? Do you not fear of the safety of yourself and your family? Are you not shamed by the lack of substance in those whom we have trusted as our leaders? The Church of Uncut Flesh is here to offer you freedom from your cares, and to offer your children the security and peace that can only come from a life unhindered by the mechanical abominations our race has bound to itself."

Keep writing, this first installment grabbed my attention, now I'm curious.

Re: Story: Revolution
I am writing a number of disjointed 'clips' and sending each other player three or four of them, along with a special clip just for them. I have posted all of the 'general' clips from my first turn here. None of the player specific clips are getting going to be posted right away, though I suppose I can edit them in later.
Now that the second turn has processed, I can post the second set of clips.

Re: Story: Revolution
*over head view of a military parade is presented. Armored vehicles and men, as well as what look like starships, but must simply be cleverly built parade ‘floats’, move in columns down a wide street, as a Tusken speaks in to a PA system*
“… but the fools that led our Race are gone, swallowed in the whirlpool of indiscipline born from their decadence. They could not even stand up to the petty workers who have stormed our homeworld. They could not stand up to the Religious Nuts that butcher our people and handicap our children, they could not stand up to the aliens that work from without and within to undermine our people, and they cannot stand up to the righteous wrath of this glorious military!”
*the transmission cuts to group of nude Tusken, whose bodies appear to be without cybernetic implant but are discolored by some sort of stain, they sing wordlessly together as a choir*
*the transmission cuts to a young Tusken on a throne, dressed in colorful and gilded robes*
“Rebel dogs, I am Nissal and I am your Overlord. You will respect that authority I wield as have countless before me. The future of our race depends on your adherence to the traditions, law, and custom that have brought us to where we are. Failure to quell yourselves and return to your jobs will result in your death and the sterilization and enslavement of your children. Before you again raise your hand against your betters think of where you will come to when Order, Law, and Nobility inevitably prevail”
*the transmission cuts to a haggard-looking Tusken in a lower echelon Naval Officer’s uniform, though the uniform looks as though it has been worn for days, its insignia and regalia are in pristine condition*
“Traitorous craft, I am subofficer Nolan of the Tusken Navy, loyal to the Overlord. Low-tier officers, like myself, have subverted traitorous actions by our upper officers, similar to your own, and have taken command of this fleet. Be advised that will have disposed of these criminals and will do the same to you should you fail to stand down. This warning will not be repeated.”
*the transmission cuts to a Tusken of coarse appearance, superficially cleaned-up and looking uncomfortable as he awkwardly struggles to maintain posture*
“My laboring brothers, I am Duskin, a worker. I am not of any Noble House, and I make no pretense to leadership. For generations my family has loyally served House Strigor in the mines of our homeworld and more recently in the mines of Malcor V.”
*Duskin looks uneasy and glances away from the camera for a moment, looking to the right, then he continues*
“I understand my place in the world, and how the work I do is for the greater good of our entire race. I understand that our leaders bare a burden greater than my own, a burden of power and accountability. I do not with to take this burden form them as only they are suitable to carry it.”
*the transmission cuts to a Tusken in simple but well made clothing, in front of a massive building undergoing remodeling or construction*
“I am Grozen, first speaker for the Tusken race, a race of workers, and warriors, not a race of petty and spoiled thieves of other men’s creations. Please be aware that our people are currently finding a new and powerful path. Now may not be the best time to interfere, deal, or make war with our race. Please be advised that we will remember actions taken against our people now, though we may forgive actions taken against our oppressors.”
*the transmission cuts to the interior of a massive mining complex, there are Tusken moving around and through the machinery, carrying various sorts of weapons and devices, machinery provides cover for the warriors, and occasionally is blown away from its supports, causing massive engines to crash through catwalks and Tusken to lower levels of the gargantuan complex*
*the transmission cuts to a nude Tusken, covered with scars and still open wounds that appear to come form forcibly removed cybernetic implants, he is mumbling, or perhaps chanting, he cannot see as his eyesockets are empty, a clear fluid is poured over him and set alight, he burns in his sitting position, making no noise other than his fading chant*
