What are the avilible tools for modders?

CHTML
SE4 modder.
Map analyzer
SE4 Templatizer.

There are a bunch of tools available on SpaceEmpires.net in the downloads section.

Can't find any tools there in the download section, only mods, images, patches and chat transcripts...?

I know they're there as I've found external links to them....

Click on the link provided. It goes to the section with the tools.

The Downloads main page only shows the first 3 subcategories of a Category. Click on a Category and you will see the rest.
