Deleting infantry with oob editor

Does anyone know if infantry can be deleted so that the ai only picks armor and artillery? I like to play the generated campeign, but i prefer armor.

I,ve already tried setting the units that i don't want to "0", but the ai still buys infantry, but if i buy the units, there is none availeble.

have you tried changing the AI tank heavy preference, as described in the manual?. That will give you more armour (apart from e.g. VC etc), but will not give unrealistic no-infantry selections.

Renationalising to 0 will not stop the buy - if you want to hack such an OOB, then erasing each and every unwanted formation may work. Or, it may give the pick list connuptions, as the basis of the defence (especially) requires infantry.

Infantry is the Queen of Battle, everything else is support. Seriously though, you are crippling your gaming experience if you leave out the squaddies.
