Whew! I think SE5 is the only MOO2 type game in development right now... anywhere...

Scheduled for completion in summer '05. but don't count on it being done that soon.

Fortunately, it seems like time is going by really fast this year. What, mid-April already? Time is just zipping by. It's OK, the faster time goes, the sooner we get to play SE5.
