I created a new DEADLY culture called Anarchists

If you'd like it, it is in the mod's section. This is an excellent culture to assign to a bloodthirsty enemy race as they get no benefit from trade, but bonuses almost everywhere else.

When someone uses it, coud you post how they performed for you?
