How exactly does this magic site work? I just found it in a game so I sent an indy commander over to "Enter Site", but that command isn't listed. Does it have to be a special kind of commander to enter?

Usually the site tells you what sort of commander you need to use it.

It doesn't at all. Only says "Enter to summon void monsters".

I suppose I'll try an astral guy then.
