Looking for Perm Sub In Perpetuality (LA Ermor)
Alas I've been discovering that I can't dedicate the time to the mega-game these days (having three other games doesn't help either).
So I'm giving away my position to anyone interested. This is the mega-game, so the map is huge. Out of 62 starting players about 15 players are left on turn 88. I have a sprawling empire of 100+ provinces.
I have a good/great position in the game - certainly LA Ermor is in the top 5 nations.
Turns have been taking me about 3-4 hours (the game is on a three day timer), and to do the position justice you would probably need to expect to invest that much time every three days. Experience with LA Ermor is a huge plus - but not required.
I'd be glad to jump into a chat room to go over my position (it's huge) with the replacement player. I would expect that my replacement would keep the agreements/pacts I currently hold.
It's likely most players will never get a chance to jump into a game this big with so much history invested into the world. It's really a once in a lifetime (or at least a Dom3) opportunity.
I've been having a blast with it, but I just can't keep up... so I need new blood to help spread the reach of the relentless dead!

Unfortunately, I just joined several games
It is a great position, if rather unwieldy.

It would be fun if Ermor would go to AI, that would for sure be an action that makes your puppets cry. And it would also send a message to every player in the world, that it is not a smart move to collaborate with LA Ermor.

LA Ermor won't go AI if I can help it.

PM Xanatos if he wants to take over. He loves playing as LA Ermor AFAIK and he was recently in the IRC channel, too.

Ditch your other 3 games!
If this is the end for Velusion, then I will thank Velusion for being a good admin. of the Big Game. He stuck to his rules religiously, and kept the game progressing.
I can sympathize with the time it takes to do a turn now and my empire is half of what you are managing. And I made a point to limit myself to 2 games only.
It is my opinion that you are tied for 1st place. I think LA Ryleh with his endless s mages, is a very tough match for any race relying mostly on undead. So if I had to wager, my guess is LA Ryleh would have ultimately prevailed.
I think your alliance and access to the forge, however, gives you an edge on any other race. If you were to go AI though, I think that may effectively end the Big Game, as i do not see any other race having the resources to compete with LA Ryleh.
That is my 2 cents. But in any event, thank you for hosting the Greatest Game in the History of Dominions. 62 players.
It will be hard to duplicate that feat.
