patrol move?

hi guys i seem to remember there be a patrol - move command of some sort to stop your forces from holing up in your castle if you are moving to reinforce a province and want them to fight and engage an enemy.

Am I remember this right? How do you do it?

After you order units to move to a province with a castle reselect their orders, and the 4th down I think will say Move Patrol.
That does it.
