Armor Values

I have a question reguarding the armor values in the OOB. Are they actual values (open source and /or WAGS) divided by 10??

Yes, the OOB value is armour value (obtained by any means incl. crystal ball

)) in millimeters divided by 10, or you can say it is in centimeters. The armour slope is already counted in the value.
