upgrade facilities prob...

Is this a know issue that when you want to upgrade for example your Space Yard 1 to SY2 but have a few more facilities to build before the upgrade and then you research SY3. Hit upgrade facilities button and in your build queue there are both upgrades, i.e. SY2 and SY3.
To make it clear - the build queue looks like that:
some facilities
some facilities
some facilities
upgrade to Space Yard 2
some facilities
upgrade to Space Yard 3
Shouldn't it be enough to upgrade SY1 to SY3 at once? IIRC it is enough. And it is annoying to waste time & resources for unnecessary builds.

I asked this very same question so very long ago. The game has to go through the motions of an upgrade. Even though you have SY 3 researched, the game still has to up grade to SY 2 before it can go to SY 3.

You know, 1 before 2, before 3 etc. The work around should be that to go from a SY 1 to SY 3 should cost a hell of a lot more in resources than it would to go from a SY 1 to 2 then to 3.

What you ask for would be a intelligent queue search for older upgrade items with automatical remove?
I do not use the upgrade all facilities button that often, mostly just once in case of research III is completed.
Could be requested, I think.

I don't belive so!

I use to upgarde from SY1 to 3 at once.
I've had these bad ques myself and the only way to correct it is to manually search all ques and remove the upgrade to SY2.
If anyone found another way I'm interested aswell.

Correct. You can not even choose upgrades to a lower level if you want to, in case of you already have researched SY3.

yea go in and delete the upgrade to level 2...
