New Quandrant and Systems for large maps especially.
There is a new Quadrant I made, complete with new systems in the mod section. I wanted to make a quadrant and systems for it, that would be perfect for maps with 200+ systems.(great for 100+ also)
This quadrant will have between 1-10 planets (not including moons)and will create maps that will have more critical junction points,because there are less overall junction points. This means you won't have as many junction points to defend and worry about. This is helpful with large maps and should be easier for the A.I. races.
The following is the % chance of 1-10 planet systems,and other types occuring on the map:
1_______________4% all types total
2_______________5% all types total
3,4,5,6,and 7___10% each,all types total
8,9,and 10______7% each,all types total
Storm Systems___10% all types combined
Destroyed Stars_4%
Asteroid Belts__4%
Black holes_____2%
The lower percentage of Black holes will help the A.I.
This mod is especially made to make large maps more easily managed,and to speed up play. Plus more variety!(look for tiny planets in asteroid belts)
I suggest using a 200 system map with my System names list(which has 255 names).
The original quadrants and systems are intact. You can paste this right over the original files. Only my quadrant(Zoidian)will have my systems.
