Visual Error in 1.35?
How to describe it? Well... after many turns of playing when you hit the next turn button the game will go about its business then in the far left corner of the screen a window will pop up, usually with information on one of my ships or some such, then the whole corner of the screen, the left corner about 6 inches square will be covered in this message and the buttons will dissapear! You can move the cursor over the buttons and they will reappear but the image and the weird screen remain... anyone have ANY idea of what I am talking about?

Yes, I get it occasionally too. This bug has been reported many times to MM over the past 6 months. If you have a save game, go ahead and send it to them.

Try minimizing SE4, that should clear the screen.

Re: Visual Error in 1.35?
An alternate way to force a refresh of the corner is to "alt-tab" another window to the front, and drag it over the spot, the move it away. Windows will ask SE4 to redraw the affected segment, & it should return to normal.
