Dominions 3 availability

Hello,
two days ago i purchased the boxed copy of D3 and didn't see it was on backorder for 3 weeks, which makes it like 1 month until the game will eventually arrive here.

I was wondering whether it's possible to have access to the digital download edition for i.e. a small fee, as i have received my key already via email.

Unfortunatly the support hasn't taken a look at my support request yet, so i ask here
