Texture problem

Ok. I have this ship model I did earlier today. Now I'm thinking what kind of texture should I create for it. Somekind of metal white could look cool. Then again I'm not so good doing textures.

Or maybe a crystalline look. After all it is the texture that makes the ship look real.

Do you have any ships finished? I would love to see their textures.
