Eye of Aiming
I was dissappointed to find that the eye of aiming did not cure the blindness of a unit blinded by disease. Should this be "fixed?"

Re: Eye of Aiming
Hmmm. Never really thought of it that way. My experience with the Eye was: ok giving someone one Eye of Aiming improves aiming... so I will give him two!! Which immediately blinded my best battlemage So I've always thought of them as sort of like laser rangefingers instead of actual eyes. Great for targeting, bad for seeing.

Re: Eye of Aiming
If the R'yleh summon called Thing of Many Eyes had Gift of Reason... could it use two eyes of aiming??
A question only a few gamers could answer.

Re: Eye of Aiming
Theorically, two items with the same effect do not stack, so only one Eye of Aiming ought to be working, barring an odd "feature".

Probably not. It still only takes two affliction to remove eyes from multi-eyed things.
The void lord should be capable of using two eyes of aiming without problem, because he doesn't need to see.

Re: Eye of Aiming
I seem to remember having a Mictlan spider which had "lost many eyes". And number of eyes can be modded. That has to chance the number of eyes unit can lose before losing its sight, as the number of eyes doesn't affect precision or anything.

but it dosnt matter cause having more than one of the same item dosnt stack (if it did i would just load up with 2 rune smashers, 2 of the misc penetrating and take 10 astral and go for master enslave)

I'll test it out sometime.
likewise a wyrm has 4 eyes, so two eyes of aiming shouldn't blind it.
and how about a headless thing? like an ivy king?
