Default Theme Thread!

Well I haven't seen any other topic for this, so I figured i'd start one to see what others were thinking here.

With the mod commands we should be able to create some interesting mods, which can drastically change a nation (but not as much as I'd like yet ;p)

Themes have been an interesting new part of Dom 2, giving nice little quarks to our already favored races.

So what does everyone think would be good additions, anything from minor to major, theme or mod.

Abysia-I have 2 ideas here, one where the crossbreeding with demons really let all hell loose, litterlly. Most of the firepeople have been enslaved by demons and the salamander warlocks are no more. Instead various demonic units have replaced them, both in combat and in castership. They could start with various demon summing spells, have a much stronger blood emphasis and all in all just be another truly 'evil' nation theme.

Another one would be the warlocks made the same mistake but were able to contain it, at a great cost. Abysia is now more nomadic as their home city was destroyed in the war. They have less emphasis on heavy armor, but are generally cheaper and retain their high attack skills. (more dual wielders perhaps) They have also developed a fire bow, which shoots a small stream of fire. It would do minor damage....say about 2, but be considered magic and have a chance of setting those it hits on fire.

Ulm-Black Forest? Nah...Black Fortress =) Ulmish soldiers realized that walking around in that heavy plate was too tiring, so most of their armies settled down and built large forts instead. They would lose their knights, get a more skilled archer unit, and have the ablity to build a unique 'Ulmish Keep' which should be a real fortress...not just a place to build units from until your enemy takes it.

Tien'Cha-Three kingdoms theme! Scale has to be turmoil, and magic. They would lose most of their units, and casters, retaining only the basic footmen and cavalary. Instead now they have national heros up the yin yang. Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Jian/Ce/Quan, would appear, as well as most of their generals. Most of these guys would be powerful wizards or incrediblely strong human generals. Of course being reliant on heros is great for a start, but when they die they are gone for good. I'm thinking of around 20 or so heros for this theme. Obviouslly we'd need the mod tools finished or illwinter itself to do this one, but I don't think they know much about this story, otherwise how could they of NOT put it in already =)
