Do you recommend purchasing this game?
Since many of you have had some time to play this game, what is your recommendation regarding it? Since I only play against the AI, should I go ahead and purchase it?
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards.

Re: Do you recommend purchasing this game?
Have you played the demo? If it has your interest, then you should be ok.
We haven't received the first patch yet, so we don't yet know what (if any) AI enhancements might be made.
As the game is right now, the AI is decent and if you don't pay attention, it will get you With any game that I know about, you can always outsmart (take advantage) of the programming, but if you play the game according to it's design, you normally get good games out of them.

Re: Do you recommend purchasing this game?
The AI is decent as Japan, but isnt too good as the allies.
The great thing about this game is that it is playable in one sitting in a MP game. Most wargamers wont grasp this and will consider like any other wargame, and too long to play MP, but it isnt.

Re: Do you recommend purchasing this game?
If you are after a game with a learning curve of one night to get started this one is for you. The finer points can take a little longer, but you can literally get into it the first setting after you read the manual.
Not many games can really claim that. This one is definalely not a "Hearts of Iron" type complicated game. I think this is also a really good title for anyone wanting to get started in military strategy titles.
Try the demo, it is only a small download.
Cheers MarkL.

Re: Do you recommend purchasing this game?
Thanks for the feedback guys! I went ahead and ordered this game.
Normally I am hesitant to buy a new game with an unknown developer. I have been burned in the past with new games coming out that never become fixed or improved in the various game issues/problems that eventually become uncovered. I really like the concept of this game and wanted to support the development and improvement of this and hopefully other similar types of WW2 genre games. Hopefully the developer will stand behind this game and improve it (such as the AI, etc.) through upcoming patches.
I am looking forward to playing this game!

Once you get it and have had the chance to play a few games against the AI, send me a PM. I would like the chance to convince you to try a multiplayer game.

Re: Do you recommend purchasing this game?
Thanks for the offer. I mostly play games (solo) when I travel on business. I actually don't have a clue at how to go about tring to play online. Perhaps in the future I might give it a try. You know the saying... "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" probably applies to me.
Best regards.

Its not too difficult, we can get you set up to play online. Just let me know when you have 3 hours free, and we can meet up in the forum chat room, and I can help you get connected and playing.
