Hey, Dave G., some tiles I\'d like to see! :D
Hi Dave! I was just thinking, since I have no artistic talent whatsoever, and I know you mentioned in another post that you would be making more tiles/terrains in the future, I thought I'd throw a few ideas your way if you don't mind!
I 'need' a L2 rough rock wall(both brown and dark grey/black) to simulate mines and lava caverns respectively. It would also be cool to have some L1 floor terrains that would allow me to create lava rivers in my maps (you know, like half lava-half sooty shore).
I hope you don't mind me suggesting these. I'm not trying to demand them, I just thought that with these terrains I would be able to make some REALLY cool mine maps and lava maps!

I always welcome comments,.. and fyi, I'm a bit ahead of you, I'm already working on lava rivers and some walls to go with them for a future module I have in mind. I might post them here first when they're done, or you will just have to wait till my module comes out! (Then you can just just assign the new tiles to your own needs!)
They say great minds think alike, but that's just a rumor right? LOL
Have a Great Day.

EXCELLENT! I'll patiently wait for those then, no matter how you decide to release them. Thanks! You guys pretty much covered every terrain type that I can think of (except lava caverns, but caves comes close ) for a fantasy setting. The only ones left I can think of would be maybe a jungle type terrain that features heavy foliage of some type.
No matter, I'll just wait patiently and work on the story for my module while I'm at it.

Hmmmm, Jungle tiles. Now there's a thought. Don't be too surprised if that thought turns into a reality. But I have a few other things on my plate right now. Cheers!

FYI: I just completed a full set of lava tiles including edge tiles for large lava lakes and lava river tiles. They will be available in an upcomming module and or the next patch.
Have fun people, that's the whole point of Dungeon Odyssey. Cheers!
