quick question about TDM and race tweaks

I'm about to give this mod a try for the first time and have just had a look through the readme I see posted on this board with news of the latest Version. I then noticed that not all the game's original races are listed in the TDM readme as having been changed. For example, the abbidon and the amonkrie. So if they're not listed in the TDM readme, this means those races have NOT had their AI tweaked?
