Changing flags
Is there a way to mod the red country to where I can change the red flag for a Georgian flag?I would like to create a Georgia Mod that has the Georgian flag and a modified OOB.

Also, the wiki page has seen a healthy dose of nationalist sentiment (both from pro-Georgian internet crawlers and their detractors). I would take it with a healthy lump of salt. For instance, prior to this, they were suggesting Georgia had about 10 more Su-25s than anyone else estimated.
Having just updated them myself recently based on various editions of The Military Balance published by International Institute for Strategic Studies, and the arms sales trade registers published by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, I feel that GlobalSecurity.org's pages on Georgia's pre-Aug 2008 military hardware estimates are quite good.
Army
Navy
Air Force
These of course are also based only on public source information, so they too should be taken with a healthy lump of salt.

Re: Changing flags
What surprised me were the T-72 SIM-1 upgrade with TI sights (not that they did them too much good) and BMP upgrades with new Ukrainian turret complet - seems to be Skhval turret. http://www.morozov.com.ua/eng/body/btr4.php?menu=m1.php
Sporting 30mm gun, 30mm AGL, 7.62mm MG and Konkurz missile.
At least one vehicle was photographed captured by Russians.

Ukraine has supplied a lot of military equipment to Georgia. I believe they have been the Georgian military's primary supplier according to the SIPRI information.

Simply put Saakashvili did not enjoy the relationship with Russia (and Putin and Medvedev) that Shevardnadze did with the Soviet Union and Russia (and Gorbachev and Yeltsin). Furthermore, according to the SIPRI registers no purchases were made from Russia at all, and the only Russian equipment integrated was that which was left behind or otherwise transferred under the agreements ending the Soviet Union and ending the 1992-1993 war in Georgia.
Prior to Saakashvili the general move had been to reduce the Georgian armed forces dramatically as well. Saakashvili and his desire to join NATO turned this around. NATO requires you spend at least 3% of your GDP on defense and requires interoperability with its equipment and structure. Georgia has been trying to replace or update its equipment. Russian equipment would not have contributed to solving these problems. Ukrainian equipment, as the Ukrainians are also looking to join NATO, would, as would aid from sympathetic existing NATO nations (Germany, Greece, Turkey, and the United States among others). These nations have donated ships, helicopters, and other equipment to Georgia in the past.
What Russian "crap" is still in service and acquired after the 1990s was undoubtedly acquired, or more accurately impressed from Russians departing last year. I would say that labeling it as "crap" is also a dangerously broad labeling.
