Help with customer service.
Just discovered this forum and thought I'd try it.
A few weeks ago I submitted a customer service request. It was ignored. A couple weeks ago I submitted a follow-up. It was ignored. A few days ago I posted on the ATF forum. Patrick Proctor saw the post and said he would forward it to SG asap. I never heard anything. I tried to send a pm to Tim Brooks. I never heard back, it looked like it was never sent. Then I tried Annette. Same thing. There seems to be no way of contacting SG people. So I posted again on the ATF forum this morning asking for help. Then I saw this forum so I'm trying here.
My original customer service request is 2967. Follow-up is 2980. Both were started and that's as far as they went. All of my correspondence has been polite and non-demanding.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone at SG would help with this. It's been very frustrating trying to get a question answered.
The whole problem is with ATF. I bought the hard copy several years ago. Played it for a while and then put it aside. With moving and stuff it's been lost. So I was wondering if I could just download a copy. Since I actually paid for the game and a download costs the company nothing, I thought I probably should be able to. But it's been quite a while and really didn't know.
I never thought it would be so difficult to get an answer to a simple question. Somebody please help.

Re: Help with customer service.
Hi Rich,
I'm so sorry you are having trouble receiving our replies. I investigated after receiving your private message yesterday. Did you get my reply? I found that we responded to both tickets within 24 hours of their receipt. When you log in to our customer support center to retrieve our reply, you must click on the "messages" tab. I believe that may be the step that is keeping us from reaching you. I have posted customer support's reply in my pm to you yesterday. Please let me know what more I can do to help.
Thanks,
Annette

Re: Help with customer service.
I guess I am customer service challenged. Maybe it would help if cs was setup to just show the message it would help.
At any rate, half off is fair. Currently though I am extra funds challenged. Maybe sometime in the future.

Re: Help with customer service.
The software we currently use is somewhat limited, so we try to make using it as easy as possible. We are currently programming a new store which should solve alot of these woes. Thanks for your patience.
