Asking for opinions....
Well, the Har'Ku shipset I was nearly finished with was lost in the recent demise of my Hard Drive. I was talking to a friend tonight about it while sitting around over at her house watching Star Trek: Voyager. I figured I can rebuild them, but that's gonna be a time-consume project that's fristrating to me right now.
Then she made a comment of sheer genius, and gave me an inspiration at the same moment.
She commented that " they (the Har'Ku) must've been one of the races destroyed by the Krenims time ship..."
So, I decided to give a shot at doing the Krenim for a bit...
Here's my first and rough draft models of a Krenim ship and small fighter. I'd like to know what you think of it and if you have any ideas or suggestions.
And here it is against a black background.
Any thoughts on where I can find a tough set of Temporal AI files?

Re: Asking for opinions....
Woo shiny. Got a real sense of scale to it, and that bit claw-weapon thingy on the front just looks plain dangerous.

Re: Asking for opinions....
Very impressive. This would also look very cool in 3D for SE V.

Re: Asking for opinions....
I like it. Looks different from any I can remember seeing. Variety is good.

Dark, threatening and purple. Great combination.

Re: Asking for opinions....
I like it a lot. I think it'll be much more visible now against the black background in game. Good work!

Re: Asking for opinions....
Much better, although it still bears a sad resemblance to a grape.

Re: Asking for opinions....
The hull of the fighter is textured too much for a single person craft. It makes it seem bigger than my idea of a fighter.
I love the weapon design and the purple and shadows lighting on them. I would hate to have to be behind the windows facing the nose beam, but love the ones around the main body.

Re: Asking for opinions....
The first one looks great. The second one doesn't, sorry.
