Worst shape your mercenary has arrived in ...
What's the worst shape you've had a mercenary arrive in? I've had Guiseppe arrive diseased a couple of times.
But just now I hired a mage (SP) who came complete with her own jewelery. Doh!
I suppose it could have been worse, she could have come with a Bane Venom charm.

I suppose the Slave Collar has been equipped by another player. The Bane Venom Charm is a nice and funny idea that I might try later.

My opponent seemed to get the Air2 mage (the one that leads Sylphs) with Black Steel Full Plate. Nice spellcasting encumberance, mister!

Ha ha, yes that would be a funny surprise!
By the way, this is early going in SP, and it's the first time Istana showed up. The collar is a present from the RNG.

One time I hired Fordo Boggit from another player (an AI, no less!); when I put in my bid he had all but 3 of his men, and he arrived with no men, diseased, blind, feebleminded and battle-frightened with 2 hp.
