Strong Empire up for grabs: Basilisk Station

The player controller the Rossarian Empire (strongest empire in the game) had to leave due to time constraints. If anyone is up to controlling this large empire (approx. 100 planets I believe), please join, as it's a pretty big adjustment not having the player there.
