SFTC (By-The-Book Version) (SE4 Style Progression)

This is the full version of the Solar Flares Total Conversion. This is an open Beta; please report any problems to me by PM or in the SFTC Thread . Thank you for trying it out.

Between writing the AI, finding bugs, and correcting imbalances without any support I have become overwhelmed. The SFTC and SFTC-Lite are therefore pulled for an indefinite period.
