NU-B Question again Re: Tactical Combat
One of the more annoying things I've found with this game, I have all my ships surrounding, or just within perfect range of an enemy ship. When I move my Last ship, all the other ships in the fleet start scattering! I've moved the leader, and the rest now want to go back into formation. Is there anyway to stop the rest of the fleet from "correcting" their formation when you move the leader?

The only way I know, is dissabble the formation during the battle.
If at some point, you start to consider to play multiplayer, then, think you should not play tactical combats anymore and play using the simultaneous mode.

Re: NU-B Question again Re: Tactical Combat
Exactly. Go to options during the combat and click "clear all formations". Problem solved

Re: NU-B Question again Re: Tactical Combat
or you can try moving all your other ships before the lead ship, just be sure they use all their movement lst, because once you move that lead ship they will all move, or go to options and his clear all orders, then you have to move each unit individually

Re: NU-B Question again Re: Tactical Combat
1) Select your leader (blue flag)
2) Press CTRL-0 (zero)
3) Done.
I use the leader to quickly get my ships into firing range during the first 3-5 combat rounds, then break the fleet by removing the leader.
The fleet can be reformed quickly by just setting that ship as the leader again, since all the others will retain their fleet designation.
