AI restrictions on nations themes

Is the AI restricted to not choose some certains, which would ask some special algorithms to be handled correctly? I have yet to see a Blood of Human theme for Abysia eg.

Yes, themes must be enabled. Perhaps BoH isn't.

If you want to use a specific theme on an opponent it's better to start the AI of as a human and then hand the control over to the computer. I always design my AI opponents. It gets more challenging that way.

must be an oversight, because BoH is rather basic in his approach. Is it possible that you verify that all themes are enabled?
