Countering death from magic sites?

I have two wells of pestilence in that one province and even though i have a +3 growth dominion and dominion is 7 there it's always at 2 death sometimes even 3. Is there anything else i can do to counter that?

And it's only 1 death per well so that's hardly alot.

You need to understand there's a difference between "COMPLAINING" and "complaining". I think you understand.

Blood hunt in it with scouts. People will be dying off anyway, so you might as well "rescue" some of them=)

OH YEAH SABER CHERRY...

I'd say pillaging is your best bet and then use the corpses for some spells.
