Updated Empiretitles and Types, system names

here is the latest set of these files. I add 8 new empiertitles, a couple of new types and sol to the systems name. I forgot this star. This is the earth's star name. The names in the systemsname01.txt include all the names that came with the game plus about 2800 names of real stars in our galaxy. The game picks from the list at random so each time you play, you will get a different set of names.
None of these effect the game in anyway.

Hey, send those emperor titles to MM, they might include them in the next patch. (I am responsible for a good deal of those titles as it is!)

How about for a emporor title 'Sky Marshal" and 'Lord' as well?
