What is there to be active about? It's not going to have anything going on until we have some idea how SEV multiplayer will work, and that's not going to happen until Aaron starts up a beta and a few testers are kidnapped for the cause 
I guess there could be some work on the general design of the site, but the current one should be fine for a while.
