Why no Venezeula?

Seems that with the likes of Pat Robertson making US foreign policy now ( , all kinds of hypothetical scenarios are possible involving Venezuela.

Since WinMBT comes with OOBs for Paraguary, Bolivia etc, why no Venezuela?

I suspect because nobody pushed hard for Venezuela, and nobody did a Venezuela orbat.

Exactly right. At the time there were 90 nations ( there are 92 now ) and Venezuela didn't make the short list.

Green does for Central/Southern nations not specifically given an OOB.

(Manual - "historical Design Notes" section, paragraph #1)

Actually I'm surprised Mexico didn't make the short list.

Don, Andy, are there plans for adding new countries in any foreseeable future?
If so, which ones are on the top of the list?
