Database Vehicle Fix for The Star and the Crescent

This fixes a problem with an incorrect main gun used on the Tiran 5sh in the Shovach Yonim scenario.

Thanks to Panta for highlighting a problem with the Tiran 5sh not killing T-62's in the scenario.

One more question: Does this update contain the file TSATC.veh file? As you know, the more recent update concerning tanks firing while moving contains only this file. Which should be applied first, or will one simply overwrite the other? Does the more recent update for firing, perhaps include the fix for the Tiran 5sh problem as well?

I have already applied the fix for tanks moving and firing, just FYI.

Sorry for the confusion. An upgrade WILL be coming in a few days that consolidates ALL of this stuff in an installer package. These micro-updates are just intended for temporary use.
