OT: Any Ever Use Craigs List?
I have known about Craigs List for a very long time now but have never used it. I want to sell of a bunch of old Star Wars and Star Trek toys that have been taking up space in my storage unit. I tried to sell them on Ebay a year ago, but found that whole Ebay thing to be a real PITA. (Besides it cost money to sell on Ebay)
Any words of wisdom?

How would you like to buy two totes of my old Star Trek toys? Then you could sell them too.

Re: OT: Any Ever Use Craigs List?
LOL - The collection that I have been sitting on is worth over $15k according to the collectors books. This was back in the 1990's. I can only speculate that they are worth the same or more now.
I even have a ton of old Playmates Star Trek action figures, still in the packaging, for sale. I don't know how I ended up with all of this crap, but I want to get rid of it for a profit.
Hell I will bet between all of the members who post in this forum, combined we would have one hell of a huge SW toy collection. *Shrapnel Toys* - Home of the largest member based Star Wars toy collection in the world. Shapnel handles the sales/shipping, for a % of the profit, and we all send them a list of our collectable. J/K

If you are referring to Action figures, I'll have to be left out of that. But if you include Lego....

Hey, AT, I have used craigslist quite a bit, but only as a shopper, not a seller. I know that lots of people in the Portland GMA check out craigslist all the time. If you want to advertise there people will see it. I am not sure if it costs to put up ads on craigslist since I have never done it. But you dont have to share profits

Re: OT: Any Ever Use Craigs List?
sadly all my SW figures are out of their packagin, though I do have the backing card. I think the most valuable ones in my collection are the Millenium Falcon and the cardboard Death Star, which granted isn't in one piece.

3 weeks isn't really approaching thread necromancy... 3 years? Certainly. 3 months? Probably. 3 weeks with a valid on-topic post? Meh.

Barely. This one had hardly even begun to decompose!
