What scales does influence carrion reanimations?

Carrion woods theme is no more in Dom3. I'd like to recreate it with an early age pangea Carrion Dragon D7N7 pretender. What affect the quality (and the number?) of carrion reanimatios made by centaur/lady/lord? Scales? Dominion level?

I think that Growth and Magic affect it.

Carrion reanimators reanimate 1 carrion beast pro holy level.

In dominions 3 you only get the holy spells that make your undead more powerfull if you research the carrion lady, lord summons.

In dominions 2 growth gave you a slightly better chance at getting more autospawn carrion beasts and magic gave you a slightly better( something like 1% per level ) chance of better quality carrion beasts.
The sacred carrion hyrophants needed a temple to spawn.
