Replacement Niefelheim - Not a bad position

The EA large game Tempest needs a replacement Niefelheim. I'm unfamiliar with the diplomatic standings but Niefelheim is doing rather well by looking at the graphs (probably better than most).

First person to post here in this thread gets the spot!
