SE IV Question: About tributes.
In SE4 does a tribute continue every turn after you send it or is it a one time action?

one time action. In stock, there is no difference between a tribute and a gift with respect to the effect on other empires.

Tribute sounds cooler, though. I'd rather someone give me tribute than gifts.
