Default Population Processing Plant

I am trying to figure out how I would mod a facility to turn excisting captured population into organics. I want to play an organic race that captures planets with population intact so that they can be farmed.

Is there a way to mod a facility that for every turn say decreases the planets population by x amount of millions and turns them into x amount of organics.

And then the next question would be with planets with multiple races, would there be a way for these facilities to only farm races other than the unsavory farmers.

Finally, being that this would be such an abhorent practice as turning races into food or to outfit their latest organic battleship, would there be a way to mod in the anger factor that other races have towards the race that utilizes these facilities. So by building these facilities, automatically any races that have contact with these butchers would have a high degree of anger towards, and more or less go to war with them.

Suicide Junkie has a "Soylent Red" facility in GGmod which goes automatically on homeworlds which turns population into organics - I guess he figures that you can't ship the population off or let them migrate off as fast as they're reproducing, so might as well do something useful with them

As for only doing this to aliens, or causing anger to other races, I really don't know...
