Default Newbie Questions

1) In a recent game I had over 90 intel centers plus those computer centers that increase it by another 30% and yet I only get 7400+ intel points. Any idea why?

2) In some sectors there are no planets on which to place a space port; so, if I place a satellite with a robo-miner (or whatever) how does it get into my inventory?

3) When you set up your race I noticed that one had average for alomst all (superior) on two) and then had additional advantages. So, where was it handicapped; or, are you allowed to go over the 2000/2000 "indicator" (whatever that was called again) with no penalty?

Default Re: Newbie Questions

1- did your race have an intel penalty? Did all the systems with intel facilities have spaceports?

2- robo miners don't need spaceports

3- It may have been made for a 3000 or 5000 point game. If you go over the limit, it won't let you save the race.
