Where can I find a patch that allows me to patch from 1.02 to 1.17, 16 or 15? I have 1.02 and the current patches say I have to patch only at 1.15 to get to 1.16 and 1.16 to get to 1.17

Btw, are there any scenarios for space empires V? I only saw a couple for space empires IV.
